Balinese New Year Yoga Retreat

Need to get out of town and nourish yourself? Join me for a sacred start to spring in Ubud, Bali! We'll be staying in the guest house author Elizabeth Gilbert found on the travels that lead to her internationally celebrated book Eat Pray Love, and joining the Balinese people as they prepare for Nyepi, Balinese New Year.
Each day we greet the morning with a themed yoga practice and a hearty breakfast, followed by time to explore, reflect and restore. Our practices are focused on healing and will follow the chakra system from the ground up from day to day. During our practices, we'll discuss how to lead with love and amplify your own healing, as well as others.
Our guest house has an on-site spa and pool for you to enjoy. You'll have plenty of time to enjoy the amenities, and we'll also take some time to explore nearby attractions, including Ubud's Monkey Forrest and the nearby Water Temple.
Our evenings consist of a restorative yin yoga practice, followed a local, organic dinner. Throughout this retreat you will be well cared for by the Liyer family. Since Lisa specialize in yoga for trauma-recovery, all practices will be trauma-informed.
