  • Twilight Reef (Check Dive): A gentle slope adorned with soft corals and an array of reef fish, perfect for acclimatization.

Non-Diving Activities

  • Welcome Briefing & Departure: Board in Ambon at 9:00 AM. Receive warm greetings, safety protocols, and get introduced to your floating home before departure.

  • Overnight Navigation: Set sail south toward Misool through glassy seas, with towering limestone islets passing by under golden hour skies.

Diving: 3 dives + night dive

  • Batu Payong: A pinnacle dive featuring vibrant corals and a plethora of marine life, including schooling fusiliers and occasional reef sharks.

  • Historical Tour: Visit Fort Belgica, Fort Nassau, and the colonial town, delving into Banda Neira's rich past.

  • Evening Navigation: Begin the overnight crossing to Misool.

Misool, in southern Raja Ampat, is considered one of the top diving destinations in the world due to its exceptional biodiversity and conservation success. Situated within a 1,220 km2 marine protected area and no-take zone established in partnership with local communities, Misool’s reefs are among the healthiest on the planet.

Over 700 species of reef fish and 425 species of coral have been recorded here—nearly 75% of the world’s known hard coral species. Dive sites such as Magic Mountain, Boo Windows, and Nudi Rock feature rich soft coral gardens, manta ray cleaning stations, and frequent sightings of reef sharks and macro life.

  • Kayaking: kayak or paddleboard near the limestone karsts (optional).

Non-Diving Activities

  • Equipment Washing & Departure Briefing: Clean and pack dive gear, followed by a briefing on disembarkation procedures.

  • Group Photos: Capture memories with fellow travelers and crew.

  • Sail Raising Ceremony: Celebrate tradition as Calico Jack’s sails are opened for the first time this voyage—an iconic photo moment on the open sea.

Day 12

  • Disembarkation: Depart Calico Jack between 8:30–11:00 AM, with transfers arranged to Sorong airport or local accommodations.
