  • All deposits/purchases are fully refundable until November 17, 2023
  • 50% refund if requested by December 1, 2023
  • 0% refund starting December 2, 2023 until trip date. 
  • If unforeseen circumstances causes AC Adventure to cancel the trip, then full refunds will be given. AC Adventure does not offer travel insurance or trip protection. It is highly recommended to purchase 3rd party travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from attending the trip. 

• Who can attend this trip? 
  • Anyone who is at least 18 years of age by the trip date. 

• What airport do I fly into?
  • Calgary International Airport (YYC)

• What dates do I need to Arrive/Depart By?
  • You must arrive at Calgary International Airport (YYC) airport before 3pm MST on December 31, 2023. The charter bus is scheduled to depart at 3:30pm from the airport.
    
    All departure flights must be scheduled for January 5, 2024. We understand a majority of outbound flights are schedule around 6am MST. The airport shuttle will leave the hotel to Calgary International Airport (YYC) at 3am MST on January 5, 2024 for people to catch the early flights.  If you would like to leave later, you will be responsible for your own transportation to Calgary International Airport from Banff.
    
    Hotel check out is 10am MST. 

• What if my flight is delayed, I miss my flight, or do not arrive at the airport on time.
  • Please contact AC Adventure immediately, and we will try to assist you as best as possible but there are no guarantees that the bus shuttle will wait for you. If you miss the scheduled bus, you will be responsible to get your own transportation from the airport to the resort.

• Are hotel rooms shared?
  • There are 3 different options to choose from for lodging accommodations. 
    • Quad Occupancy Hotel Package: You will share a hotel room and bed with your roommate
    • Double Occupancy Hotel Package: You will share a hotel room but will have a separate bed from your roommate
    • Single Occupancy Hotel Package: You will have your own a hotel room and bed 

• Are hotel rooms co-ed?
  • No. All rooms will be separated and will NOT be co-ed. Co-ed rooms will only occur if it is specifically requested by group or couple. Co-ed rooms will never be assigned for random rooming.

• What hotel are we staying at?
  • You will be assigned a room at either Bow View Inn or Banff Park Lodge. Both hotels are located next to one another.

    • Banff Park Lodge Address: 201 Lynx St, Banff, AB T1L 1K5, Canada

• Can I purchase a single day lift ticket?
  • Unfortunately no, at the moment, all purchases are a package deal and cannot be changed. 

• If I don't use all the days of my ski lift ticket, can I get refund?
  • Unfortunately we cannot give you a refund for unused lift tickets. 

• Can I get ski/snowboard/helmet rentals?
  • Yes! Please answer the rental questions at checkout. We will then send you updated information on rentals, and send you a separate link to purchase/reserve your rentals for the trip. 

• Does the hotel have a hot tub?
  • Guests staying at the Bow View Lodge have access to use the Pool, hot tub, steam room and Gym at our sister property Banff Park Lodge, located across the parking lot from the hotel.
    • Hours: Daily from 7am-11pm. 
    • Adult Only – Quiet Hours: 9 – 11pm.

• Does the hotel have fridges and microwaves?
  • All our rooms have a fridge. Microwaves are not available.
