We had a great tour. The place is realy amazing. Very comfortable and friendly. The stuff was very nice and helpfull. Food was very good and traditional which was important to us. The guide was very professional and nice. We spent realy good time there.

Our guide was very knowledgeable, and a great leader to follow. He took his time on beginners making you feel like a expert by the end of the trail. Will do again, any day and any time of the week. One suggestion better grips on some horses or bring a glove.

The trip from Baños to Guyaquil was very last minute considering we were planning on taking the public buses. However, after many people suggested to rather take private transportation, we did, Sandro was our driver, he was very professional, kind, and assertive ready and happy to stop at any gastation so that my son or daughter could use the bathroom, it was a long trip (6.5 hours) but Sandro made us feel safe and assured. Would def travel with agency again.
