A beautiful sunrise over the Copper Canyon with a guided walk to the best spot for sunrise and a delicious coffee. Departure at 5:40 am, return by 7:00 - 7:30 am. Comfortable shoes required (the walk is short).
Visit the "Cerro del Gallego" viewpoint, with the most impressive views of the Copper Canyon system. It’s a 35 km round trip (3.5 hours).
Visit the Tarahumara girls' boarding school, the vineyard, and taste wines (2 tastings). Duration: 1 hour.
Itinerary
Arrival in Los Mochis, transfer from airport to hotel, free morning for optional or included sightseeing in the city. Rest at the hotel.
SUGGESTION: City tour of Los Mochis to visit the Sinaloa Botanical Park, Museum, Plazuela, and shopping plazas, or an optional trip to the Bay of Topolobampo with a boat ride to visit the dolphin sanctuary and the famous dolphin "Pechocho" who lives freely in the mangrove area. Optional visit to Maviri Beach to enjoy delicious seafood and the typical "Pescado Zarandeado." On the way back, we’ll pass by the Bat Cave.
