We were very excited about booking with WOW Galapagos, and at first everything seemed to be going well. However, once we paid for the tour (which was not cheap — almost $4,000), the experience changed. Communication became very difficult. First, the date we had originally booked was changed due to an issue with their calendar. Then, we were told wetsuits would be provided for us, but that also never happened. I constantly had to follow up, ask for details, and chase down information, often receiving delayed or incomplete responses. For the amount of money we paid, I expected professionalism, clear communication, and delivery on what was promised — unfortunately, that’s not what we received. I would not recommend booking with this company. Save yourself the headaches; there are plenty of other reputable tour operators in the Galapagos.
