Experience nature, culture, and Spanish language learning on our 8-day/7-night immersion trip to Guatemala.
This trip is designed for students at the Basic I level. Outside of the classroom activities will be conducted in both English and Spanish. Your program directors, Eimy, Pamela, and Chelsea will be available to provide translations and language correction when necessary.
Our classroom time will be limited to 10 hours throughout the duration of the 8-day trip. In class, we will learn about Guatemalan history, politics, and culture and enjoy open discussion and debate in Spanish. The remainder of the trip will be filled with opportunities for practical application of Spanish, be it in a cooking class, on a jungle hike, or at the market!
