Take this unique opportunity to join the inspiring and empowering teacher Max Strom for his special immersion retreat in the stunning Bavarian countryside at Retreat Schloss Blumenthal. From Sunday, March 12 through Saturday, March 18, 2017.
Schloss Blumenthal is a landmarked Château only 45 minutes from Munich, in the middle of nature, surrounded by forests, lakes and fields. Today it is a seminar hotel and a perfect retreat location with restored and creatively designed rooms that offer a unique, relaxing and charming atmosphere.
The focus of the retreat will be revitalizing our health, inspiration, and as a catalyst for deep inner illumination, or self-awareness. Our five days together will consist of Max Strom’s Inner Axis system; practices of breath initiated movement and yoga, lectures, dynamic meditation, and writing. There will be plenty of time for contemplation and rest.
Author of the book A Life Worth Breathing (Das Herz des Yoga), and, There is No APP for Happiness, Max Strom is known for inspiring and empowering the lives of his students and readers. Due to an ever-increasing demand for his teachings, Max travels extensively teaching his Inner Axis system globally. His method addresses the internal, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our life, as well as physical healing and vitality.
