Do you need a reset in your life - in your body or in your mind?
During these 5 days we take time to assess where you are at and how we can facilitate this shift in yourself on all levels of your being. Tucked away in a quiet area up north of Ubud, close to the famous Tegagallang Rice Terraces and close to the ancient water temples of Tempak Siring and Sebatu, we will be staying in a private villa.
This spacious 3 bedroom villa with gorgeous views over the big pool and the jungle only, will provide the serenity and comfort for you to relax and let go. It is also perfectly located to experience the less touristy side of Bali, but close enough to Ubud and all shops and cafes.
In this holistic retreat we target body, mind AND the soul through sound, movement, meditation, clean foods and healing modalities to declutter and purify the mind, from the depths of the subsconcious level.
A 3 day juice cleanse will be supporting the purification from the gut level. Infra red sauna sessions and daily massages plus a flower bath will hold you gently in this space.
Music in form of sound healing, sounds baths and frequency tracks, as well as guided sing along, gentle vocal activations will complement this deep cleanse. Releasing any blockages or heaviness from our voices and hearts.
We will also connect with the island of Bali and explore ancient water purification ceremonies with private priests to cleanse away the old and bless your way forward.
About your facilitator
Hanna was born in Germany and lives in Bali for over 7 years already. She is trained in Psychology (having completed her Master degree in Heidelberg) and has been teaching yoga and meditation all around the world.
During her time in Bali she has recorded 2 albums of healing music, plus several healing frequency tracks. Bringing sound into her classes and interactive workshops.
Hanna is also a certified Theta Healer & Reiki practitioner. Using these healing frequencies also during her watsu sessions.
She is a creative sprint, combining her healing modalities in new ways, to nourish and inspire moments of pure stillness & meaning.

Itinerary
Arriving to the villa, you will be welcomed with a delicious light vegetarian lunch and we will dive right into the purification, driving up north west for about 30 mins to meet our private priest and experience our first water purification ceremony of the retreat.
The day will be complete with a 1 h stretching, yoga & meditation session and your first Healing massage treatment. Complemenetd by a light dinner & a frequency track experience to end the day in peace and stillness.
