Join us in Belize for this 7-Day Be the Change Retreat ! Our Retreat is designed to inspire you to be open and honest with yourself, to be intentional about living more selflessly, and to become the change that you want to see in the world. Activities will include meditation, journaling, yoga with a Caribbean flare and several visualization and empowerment exercises.  You will feed your soul with flavorful meals and juices that will be made with fresh natural ingredients. As you connect deeper with yourself, you will have several opportunities to explore the beautiful country and experience the endless wonders of Belize.and experience the magic of the quaint island of Caye Caulker, Belize.

Day 3: Yoga, Self-Discovery Session 2, Massage, Free Day to Experience Belize

Day 4: Experience Belize with the Inland Tours-Mayan Ruins, Cave Tubing, Belize City Tour/Zoo

Day 5: Hol Chan Marine Sailing and Snorkeling Tour

Day 6: Yoga, Self-Discovery Session 3, Free Day to Experience Belize, View the Full Moonrise, Followed by Reflection & Discussion

Modest accommodations. Each room offers amazing sea views and features air conditioning, a balcony, a terrace, a desk, a safe, a fan, and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. You may choose from a Double Room with two (2) double beds or King Room with one (1) king bed. Price is $90 + Tax for each room. We will adjust the cost of the room per person for double occupancy.
