About your trip
This retreat is located at a private, 300 acre ecological reserve just North of Sayulita Mexico in the Riviera Nayarit. Unwind with yoga, delicious food, friendly people, and a private beach paradise with free use of kayaks. We will tour a tropical orchidarium, take part in a traditional healing herbal temazcal ceremony, and have an open excursion to nearby San Pancho. All activities are optional in case you prefer to rest in a hammock, journal, lounge at the beach, explore the tide pools, treat yourself to a massage, or get lost in a book. This is a retreat aimed at rest and enjoying incredible natural beauty amongst a community of friends. Yoga will be offered two times per day to help support your health, well-being and connection to your own inner beauty.
