- Until further notice, we require travelers on our public trips to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and travelers on private trips to be vaccinated or show a negative PCR test.
- Your initial deposit is $500 per person, payable by check or credit card.
- Your remaining balance is payable by check no later than 60 days (for 2022 trips) or 90 days (for trips in 2023 and beyond) in advance of the trip date. We will provide an invoice for you by email.
- If you wish to pay your remaining balance by credit card there will be a 3.55% administrative fee added to your amount due.
- You may send checks to: Travel Montana / PO Box 16 / Red Lodge, MT 59068
- You will receive an email acknowledging your reservation after we receive your booking.
