Day1: Arrival in UB/ City tour (160 km) Accommodation: Hotel City tour: Chinggis Square, National History Museum, Gandan monastery. Dinner at local restaurant in UB. Overnight in hotel. Breakfast: X Lunch: restaurant in UB Dinner: restaurant in UB Day 2: UB – Zorgol Khairkhan- Baga gazriin chuluu (270km) Accommodation: Baga Gazryn chuluu camp Our trip will start from Zorgol Khairkhan Mountain. This is a sacred mountain and venerated by the local people, who believe that it is the siege of a great, benevolent spirit. Baga gazriin chuluu is located in the junction og Adaatsag and Delgertsogt soums of Dundgobi province.Baga gazriin chuluu has a wild sheep and goat, ibex, marmot, fox. Overnight tourist camp in Baga gazriin chuluu. Breakfast: at the hotel Lunch: Baga Gazriin chuluu Dinner: Baga Gazriin chuluu Day 3: Baga gazriin chuluu–Tsagaan Suvarga (280km) Accommodation: Tsagaan Suvarga After breakfast drive to Tsagaan Suvarga. The biggest grike land formation Tsagaan Suvarga (White Stupa). This is a sheer slope and was an old seabed with sedimentary structure created by millions years and the different colors of the ground represent different times. Overnight tourist camp in Tsagaan Suvarga. Breakfast: Baga Gazriin Chuluu Lunch: Tsagaan Suvarga Dinner: Tsagaan Suvarga Day 4: Tsagaan Suvarga – Dalanzadgad – Yoliin am ( 300km) Accommodation: Yoliin am camp After breakfast drive to Yoliin am National Park through Dalanzadgad. Dalanzadgad is the capital city of Umnugovi province.Umnugovi is the largest province of Mongolia. The National park was established in 1965, covering 2.694.307 hectares, is the largest national park in Mongolia, stretching 380 km from east to west and 80 km north to south. Yoliin am ( Vulture Valley) is a deep and narrow gorge in the Gurvan Saikhan mountain. This is one of the natural secret and beautiful deep canyon with many rock cliff, has been created by many years of water erosion. Overnight tourist camp in Yoliin am . Breakfast: Tsagaan Suvarga Lunch: Discovery Dinner: Discovery Day 5: Yoliin am – Khongoriin Els (150km) Accommodation: Gobi Discovery 2 After Breakfast drive to Khongor Sand Dunes. Khongor sand dunes are the largest and most spectacular sand dunes located in Sevrei soum. Most famously land of Khongoryn Els is the Singing Sands. Camel ride is optional. Build Mongolian traditional dwelling Ger and explore nomadic tradition and culture. Prepare Mongolian traditional cuisine and have a dinner. After dinner view millions of stars in the sky. Overnight in GER nearby nomadic family. Breakfast: Discovery camp Lunch: Gobi discovery 2 Dinner: Gobi discovery 2 Day 6: Khongoriin Els – Bayanzag/ Flamming cliffs (150km) Accommodation: Gobi tour camp Paleontological Site Bayanzag is located in Bulgan soum of Umnugovi province. It is a valley covered by ancient deposits with combination of Gobi landscape, rocks and taluses. Overnight tourist camp near Bayanzag. Breakfast: Gobi discovery 2 Lunch: Gobi tour camp Dinner: Gobi tour camp Day 7: Bayanzag – Ongi khiid( 170km) Accommodation: Secret of Ongi After Breakfast drive to Ongyn Khiid Monastery. The monastery was established by Khutagt lama Ishdonilkhundevand his student Damtsagdorj and there were 28 temples approximately 1000 lamas lived in the monastery. Overnight in tent near Ongi khiid. Breakfast: Gobi tour Lunch: Secret of Ongi Dinner: Secret of Ongi Day 8: Ongi – Karakorum (280km) Accommodation: Anja camp Drive to ancient Capital KaraKorum.KaraKorum city established in 1220 – 1221 by the decree of Chinggis Khaan, in Orkhon valley between Khar Khuremt Mountain and Orkhon river. According to the monument inscription of 1346 in Karakorum, since 1235, Ogodei Khaan developed the capital here, built his “Tumen Amgalant Palace”, and in 1256,Monkh khan was built 5 floor of Stupa. Then we will visit to “ERDENE ZUU” Monastery of city Khar Khorin. “ERDENE ZUU” Monastery is the first Buddhist monastery in Mongolia. Built in 1585 by stone of KaraKorum city ruins, and it surrounded by a monumental wall with 108 stupas , each of four sides of the wall has a tower gate. Erdenezuu monastery is the only monastery built in accordance with the traditional Mongolian urban planning. Also we will visit to Imperial Monument. Overnight tourist camp in Kharkhorin city. Breakfast: Secret of Ongi Lunch: Anja camp Dinner: Anja camp Day 9: Karakorum – Khustai National Park (300km) Accommodation: Khustai camp Drive to Khustai National Park. This National Park lies at the foothills of Khentii mountain range. This area was preserved in 1992, in order to save wild horses called Takhi. There are around 250 wild horses in the National Park. There registered 46 types of mammals, 223 types of birds, 499 types of plants. This national park is available for the whole year. Visit Ungut burial graves related to 7th century. There are 500 still stones. Khirgisuur tombs are registered in Khustai National Park. Overnight tourist camp in Khustai National Park. Day 10: Khustai NP – Ulaanbaatar (120km) Accommodation: hotel in UB After Breakfast drive back to Ulaanbaatar.
