I am a 500 hr EYT and a shiatsu therapist. I grew up in East London, UK and the closest I got to nature was a picnic at the local park. That changed when I ditched my Burberry for a backpack and followed the calling of my soul. These days I love to be barefoot beneath an African sky or twirling in the Gujurati desert, in awe of earths wonder. I create transformative retreats and Teacher Trainings in off the beaten track locations. My inspiration and creativity come from a life fuelled by love, truth and courage.

This was one of the best travel experiences I've had - amazing hosts, amazing places, amazing other trainees. 12 out of 10 - excellent! Can't wait to do another Karuna training :)

I have had the best experience ever. My teachers, Leyla and Payal, are knowledgeable and their wisdom emanates from a deep place within them. From the moment I arrived I felt supported and loved - and the group of students they had attracted were all like-spirited people. We laughed, we learnt, we meditated at sunrise - and in between we yoga'd, and held each other in deep compassion and gratitude. The food was too delicious and the accommodation was perfect. wherever they go, I will follow - and I wish everyone such a wonderful experience of living yoga. Angeline Engelbrecht (Namibia) xx
