This retreat was a wonderful experience. Regan was kind, flexible, and welcoming to those at all levels of yoga experience, and the group of individuals were all fun and supportive of one another. The accommodations was also perfect - spa had all the amenities, food was delicious, surrounding waterfall and creek beautiful, and rooms were comfortable. I highly recommend this retreat!

Regan created a space where everyone felt welcome, and included thoughtful rituals and bonding exercises that made the weekend feel healing and meaningful. She also gave us a great workout in the yoga classes and ensured we had adequate time to explore Yosemite. A great weekend overall - will definitely attend again!

This is the 3rd time I have attended. It is obvious how much care Regan puts into this event. The yoga in the morning is challenging (in a good/fun way), but Regan also goes out of her way to encourage everyone to have their own experience that fits their needs. I eagerly await the next opportunity to join this community. Thank you Regan.
