Hey there! I’m Fiona, and I’ve been teaching group fitness and personal training since 2018, with a passion for coaching clients online in both fitness and nutrition since 2020. I absolutely LOVE helping women become the best versions of themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m a certified personal fitness trainer and group fitness instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America, and a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. I’m also a program specialist for Barre Above and co-creator of Pumped Up Strength.
With nearly 500K followers on Instagram, I share fun and effective home workouts for busy women. I’m also a wife, a mom of 5, and a huge travel enthusiast. Wellness retreats are basically my dream job because they combine two of my biggest passions—travel and wellness!
Fitness has been a passion of mine almost as long as I can remember. I was active throughout highschool but didn't pursue a fitness career until my mid-twenties. Even then I didn't think I would be one of "those" people that taught several types of classes at the gym every week...well flash forward to now where I have been able to make one of my biggest passions also my career, which I consider a huge blessing! I am an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, ACE certified personal trainer, and hold format certifications in barre, Pilates, PiYo, TRX, TRX Pilates, Kettlebells, and Jumpsport Trampoline fitness. What I love about fitness is that it has infinite entry points- you can literally start wherever you are, and have somewhere to go.
I find it's my outlet- not only to be creative while teaching, but also a mental and emotional outlet to find overall peace and wellness. It didn't always come easy to me, and I had a lot of obstacles to overcome when it came to body dysmorphia and mindset. Because of that I enjoy teaching others not only how the body works, but how to work alongside with your body and mind to find joy in the journey, not just at the finish line. Health and wellness truly goes beyond the physical. I can't wait to experience the peace and stillness waiting for us in Belize!

If you'd like to take something home with you, please budget appropriately. You will have a chance to shop at a local store.
You are responsible for flights
Arrive at the Belize International Airport and board a shuttle to Placencia Village for check in at The Ellysian Hotel. Get settled and enjoy a nice dinner at the rooftop restaurant overlooking the sea.
Start your day with a refreshing Morning flow workout on the beach, followed by a healthy breakfast. Then, embark on a half-day snorkeling adventure, where you'll explore the vibrant underwater world around Silk Caye, home to playful sea creatures and stunning coral formations. In the afternoon, join Fiona for an insightful workshop on cultivating healthy habits for your 30s and beyond. As the day winds down, unwind with a peaceful evening beach walk or a meditation session, soaking in the serene beauty of the coast.
For those arriving in Belize and heading straight to the jungle, a shuttle will pick you up at the airport and take you directly to Jade Jungle Resort.
For those on the beach, you will take a shuttle up the beautiful Hummingbird Highway on your way to Jade Jungle Resort.
Check in at Jade and enjoy your first meal at the open-air dining room. At Jade you will each breakfast and lunch buffets and a curated four-course dinner each night. Prepare to be delighted!

Ruins & Cave Canoeing
After your morning workout, you will head to the awe-inspiring site of Xunantunich. Pronounced Shoo-Nan-Too-Neech, this remarkable location features El Castillo—"The Castle"—which soars 130 feet (40 meters) above the plaza floor, offering breathtaking views of Western Belize and Guatemala.
The adventure continues as you visit Barton Creek Cave, a hidden natural gem nestled in Belize's lush landscape. You'll embark on a peaceful canoe ride through its limestone corridors, where you can marvel at delicate formations and feel the timeless echoes of the ancient Maya.

After your workout, explore TKO Farms, home to the world’s largest Soursop orchard with over 85,000 trees. Then, head to Mountain Pine Ridge, where the ancient Maya harvested pine trees. Visit the stunning Rio On Pools for a picnic lunch and refreshing swim, followed by a hike to Big Rock Falls for breathtaking views, swimming, and cliff jumping.
