08:30 am. pick-up at your hotel. Visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (Closed every Monday & Friday), the Presidential Palace, and Ho Chi Minh‘s house. Then, the One-pillar Pagoda and then you will walk through Ngoc Ha village to experience where you can interact with the local people to know more about the daily lives of Hanoians.

Visit the Ethnology Museum which is the best museum in Hanoi to learn about the customs and traditions of the 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups.

Have lunch at the local restaurant.

After lunch, you will visit the Temple of Literature built in 1070, and the very first university of Vietnam built-in 1076.

Visit Hoa Lo prison (known as Hanoi Hilton) where American prisoners were kept during the Vietnam-U.S. war.

Enjoy a cyclo ride (known as “rickshaw”) in the Old Quarter and its 36 commercial streets before attending an amusing water puppet show performed by the northern Vietnamese since the 11th century.

After the water puppets performance, you will return to the hotel and have a rest.

08.30 am. the private guide and driver will pick you up at the hotel then and head to Tho Ha rice paper village in Bac Giang province.

You will have a good chance of sightseeing in the countryside scenery, farmers are working on the green field with water buffalo.

We will cross the Cau River to the village in the middle of the river by local ferry, we will walk and pay the visit to local families in the village and learn more about the local culture, rice paper hand and process, and hands-on.

Then we will have an interaction with the chief of the village. Mr. Viet is the Vietnamese Vet and he is in charge of the villages now. We will learn about the life of the villagers from his stories and current life. This is very interesting to know the perspective of the Vietnamese farmer.

After a great talk with Mr. Viet, we will take a walk to the ferry and move to the next famous Pottery village called Bat Trang Ceramics & Pottery products.

We will go to visit the local family in the village and have home-hosted lunch by the local family.

After lunch. We will discover the village, learn about the traditional ceramic job, and products, and walk to discover the villages. You could buy some ceramics products (if you wish) then we will drive back to Hanoi and drop you at the hotel.

After breakfast, 08.00. You will check out and get on the private car and private guide and drive up to Sapa hill station. You will drive on the highway with some stops for coffee and toilet time (05 hours).

When you arrive in Sapa, you will go to the hotel for check-in and go to the local restaurant for lunch and you will meet the private local guide and driver and go to the untouched Ma Tra village with the local Hmong people. You will take a leisure walk down to the Matra Village, visit the local family, interact with the local Hmong people to learn the tradition and customs with your experienced guide, and enjoy the beautiful view of the village. Then get to your car and go to visit the second village called Ta Phin village where the Red Dao people have been settled for years. You will have a chance to discover the different lifestyles of those 02 groups of people in the same region.

If the weather is good. We recommend you go to the rooftop of Indochina Fansipan Mt.

We will go to the Rooftop of Indochina- Fansipan Mt (3113m higher than sea level) We will catch the train from Sapa to the root of the Fansipan Mt and take the cable car to the summit.

You will walk and take the second train up to the top of Fansipan. Take the picture to enjoy the fascinating view and take the leisure walk down, visit the pagoda, and temple along the way down to the cable car station. You may wish to relax with some coffee before returning to Sapa town.

Check in the hotel and have a shower before going to have dinner at the local restaurant.

Today, after breakfast, you will check out and leave all luggage in the Van and then start driving to visit the fascinating site Y Linh Ho Village. This village is a bit of an adventure within a day. We will hike up and down the dirt trail for about 1,5 hours (need good shoes). We will walk on the rice field path sometimes. The scenery is incredible, and you will be away from the noise- just you and nature.

Keep walking to the Lao Chai and Tavan Village where the H’Mong and Zay communities are. You will have a local home-hosted lunch (or picnic lunch which we prepared from the sapa town). Then enjoy your walk and interact with the local people before returning to our Van and driving back to sapa and Hanoi.

Arrive in Hanoi in the late evening, check in at the hotel, and have a rest.

8.00: Pick up at your hotel in Old Quarter and depart to Bai Tu Long Bay and Halong Bay for 3.5 hours on the way, you can enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta countryside

12.30: Arrive at our office at Hon Gai Pier, you will have a bit of time to relax and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. Wait for our captain to finish the registration and transfer by tender to our boat.

12.45: Enjoy a welcome drink and spend a couple of minutes briefing about safety on the boat and activities included then we check in our cabin.

13.30: Delicious Vietnamese set menu will be served while leisurely cruising further into Bai Tu Long Bay.

15.00: Arrive in the kayaking area – that is Cap La Island. Enjoy kayaking through the karst and breathtaking nature, swimming, and relaxing.

17.30: Get back to the boat and enjoy our Sunset party while our cruise sailing to the overnight anchorage.

19.00: Sumptuous set dinner onboard.

20.30: Free time to challenge yourself in Vietnamese puzzle games, or gathers your group/family for a board game; try your luck with squid fishing or simply have a cocktail and enjoy the quiet night on the bay.

06.00: Start your day with a Tai Chi routine on sundeck or catch a morning view of the stunning bay landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.

07.00: Breakfast will be served in Western style, familiar to you to fulfill your strength and ready for another exploring day.

08.00: Explore the well-hidden Thien Canh Son Cave.

09.00: Upon return to the boat, you will have about 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing.

10.00: Attend a Vietnamese cooking demonstration. You can quickly learn a simple but delicious Vietnamese dish that Gordon Ramsey (a 2 Michelin Star Chef) used to guide – Nem Cuon or challenge yourself in fruit and vegetable carving.

11.00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch on the boat.

12.00: Back to the harbor and disembark at Hon Gai pier.

12.30: Farewell Halong Bay then say goodbye to the crews and meet the private guide and driver for the journey to Hanoi.
