Nestled in the heart of Canggu, Villa Belajar boasts aesthetically pleasing architecture, the two-story communal dining area is an open haven featuring a sunken seating area, an upstairs library, a floating net lounge, and a second-story plunge pool—a space designed for everyone to enjoy. The villa features 8 identical suites all facing the tropical pool area. Each suite comes with a private bathroom, a terrace, an office space and a small storage room. Each suite also includes: Air conditioner, International plugs, Wardrobe, Mirror, Wifi, Mosquito net, Lounge, Blackout curtains, and Safe. Belajar, translating to 'learn' in Indonesian, transcends the concept of a villa; it embodies a philosophy crafted to ignite dreams and creativity. Relax, refresh and leave inspired!

Travel Documents: 

• Passport - Ensure that your passport is up-to-date and valid for at least six months beyond the date of your planned return.
• Travel Insurance - Prior to departure, it is mandatory to have confirmed travel insurance. Kindly email a copy of your travel insurance to hello@villagethrive.com for verification. We recommend travel insurance through worldnomads.com
• Covid-19 Travel Requirements - Proof of Vaccination is no longer required for entry into Bali as of June 2023. However, be sure to check this official site  welcomebacktobali.com and ensure you are well-informed about Covid-19 related travel requirements for Indonesia. Village Thrive cannot be held responsible for issues related to vaccines or tests. It's the traveler's responsibility to stay updated on the latest travel guidelines. 

Health & Medical:

• Inform the retreat organizers of any relevant health conditions or dietary restrictions in advance. Certain destinations may involve extensive sightseeing on foot, including activities such as climbing stairs and navigating uneven surfaces. Please inform us of any preexisting medical conditions that could impact the tour's normal course. 
• Should you need medical attention during your stay, Bali has world-class medical infrastructure. Both International hospitals and emergency clinics are in close proximity to your stay. Visiting a hospital in Bali is straightforward and often more affordable than anticipated. It is recommended to have the following on hand: your passport, travel insurance documentation, credit card, and any relevant medical directives. These essentials will help streamline the process and ensure you receive prompt and efficient care. Your well-being is our priority, and we want you to feel confident and supported during your time in Bali.

Cancellation Policy:

• If canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival: The deposit will be forfeited.
• If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival or during the retreat: The entire retreat cost will be forfeited. 
• If we can find a replacement for your spot, we will refund you 80% of the total retreat costs.

Booking Conditions:

• Please carefully review these booking conditions, as they outline the respective rights and obligations of the parties involved. By booking your retreat and submitting the deposit, you (referred to in these booking conditions as "you" or "traveler") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these booking conditions. References in these booking conditions to the "retreat" pertain to the specific trip you have reserved with Village Thrive. We reserve the right to modify these booking conditions without notice at any time, provided that such amendments do not substantially affect your rights and obligations. In the event that changes to the booking conditions significantly impact your rights and obligations, we will promptly notify you of these changes.
