10 AM - 12 PM ~ Core Session #2 ~ “Shadow Work Part I” (small groups)
12:30 PM ~ Lunch
1:15 PM ~ Walk to the Swamp Oak or Rest and Digest ~ pre-nap yin yoga ( both optional)
4 - 5:30 PM ~ Core Session #3 ~ “Shadow Work Part II” (Optional Group Share)
6:00 PM ~ Optional Silent Dinner
7:00 PM - ? ~ Core Session #4 ~ “Finding your Sacred Center”
~ Individual Sacred Movement through the Canvas Labyrinth
(Silence will be observed in the dining room and the fire room)
