  1. Agreement Definition: This document, referred to as the "Agreement," includes this 4-page document and incorporates any terms and provisions stated on individual trip sign-up pages. It is established between "Periwinkle Group, LLC" (hereafter "Company") and the named traveler in the Agreement (hereafter "Traveler").

2. Agreement Signature: The signature of this Agreement by both Company and Traveler does not grant any rights, authority, ownership, or license from the Company to the Traveler.

3. 24-Hour Cancellation:

The trip deposit will be refunded upon request within 24 hours after booking. After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Deposits and Payments:

After 24 hours of booking, no refunds of deposits or payments will be given. Trip deposits cannot be applied to another trip or transferred to another person.

5. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is mandatory for all guests.

6. Release and Indemnity: Traveler agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any expenses, losses, damages, injuries, claims, or deaths resulting from travel and/or activities facilitated by the Company. The Company's liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Traveler.

7. Compliance with Laws: Traveler agrees to abide by all applicable domestic and international laws. The Company is not responsible for Traveler's legal issues or actions with authorities.

8. Travel Documentation: Traveler must secure necessary travel insurance, visas, permits, and other documentation at their own expense. It is Traveler’s responsibility to ensure all required documents are valid and timely.

9. Travel Timeliness: Traveler must arrive on time for travel departures and events. The Company is not liable for any missed travel or activities due to insufficient, inaccurate, or expired documentation, or failure to arrive on time.

10. Media Release: Traveler grants the Company the right to take and use photographs, videos, and social media posts for any lawful purpose, including publicity, advertising, and promotion. Traveler releases the Company from any expectation of privacy or confidentiality and acknowledges no financial compensation will be provided.

11. Third-Party Services: The Company offers travel services provided by independent vendors. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from these vendors' services and makes no guarantees about outcomes or experiences.

12. Safety Responsibility: Traveler is responsible for their own safety. They must observe safety rules, seek assistance if needed, and ensure their fitness level is adequate for participation. Traveler should consult their doctor before engaging in physical activities.

13. Waiver of Liability: Traveler agrees to release the Company and its affiliates from any liabilities, demands, suits, costs, claims, or injuries, including death, sustained during the trip or related activities. This waiver is a full and complete release of the Company's liability.

14. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, USA. Any legal fees for breaches will be borne by the losing party. The Agreement is binding on the Traveler's heirs, assigns, and successors.

15. Agreement Duration: This Agreement is effective from the signed date and covers all future travel, activities, or events affiliated with the Company.

 Begin your adventure by landing at  Murtala Muhammed International Airport  Once in Lagos, head over to your hotel to check in and settle down.

Check-in at Hotel -  After arriving at the hotel, complete your check-in process and take a moment to relax after your flight.
