Reunite, reignite, recharge, relax, restore:
This retreat will activate an abundance of self-love, unlock unwavering self-confidence, and help you uncover and move past any limitations that are holding you back. Each day participants will partake in meditation, yoga, and deep inner work. Attendees will leave feeling refreshed, re-energized and reconnected to self. One thirty minute complimentary Reiki session included with package as well as opportunities for alignment and posture clinic. All guests will have the opportunity to complete a Doshas Quiz, we will use this information to make custom mini mala bracelets with essential oils that compliment your unique dosha.
No need to have a meditation or yoga practice already established. All experience levels welcome.

Flight Info: We suggest flying into Liberia International Airport, we recommend Southwest because you get two free carry ons. Please plan to land sometime before 2pm to give ample time for checking in before our initial session. We highly recommend handling your own luggage at the airport and into the Blue Spirit shuttle, there are luggage porters that do not work for the airport or Blue Sprit that will attempt to "seem helpful" and WILL expect a tip if they assist you. Upon your flight booking, please send us your flight numbers so we are aware of when you will be arriving and departing! Please note that Blue Spirit can accommodate guests who would like to stay a few days before or after the retreat, but these bookings must be made through Blue Spirit directly.
Shuttle info: Upon your arrival to Liberia airport, Blue Spirit is able to transport you directly to the retreat center for a fee of $60. It is about a 2 hour ride. We highly suggest booking through Blue Spirit https://bluespiritcostarica.com as it is THE safest and simplest way to get to the retreat center. You can book your shuttle and read more info here.
Check In & Check Out Times: Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. You may store your luggage at the front desk.
Visas, immunizations, & travel insurance: Costa Rica does not require Visas for US or Canadian travels who are planning to stay for less than 90-days, so no need to worry about the Visa process. We do, however, suggest you purchase travel insurance to cover your trip in case you have to make a last minute cancellation. We recommend visiting a travel clinic for up-to-date information on immunizations and medicine while you are abroad. If you are not from the US or Canada, we suggest looking into the Visa policy specific to your country.
Medical Services in Nosara: From a general health perspective, Costa Rica has high health standards in the entire country and is considered one of the safest destinations in the developing world. If you have a healthcare provider in the country of your origin, you may want to inquire before your travels about their coverage policy, when traveling to Costa Rica. English speaking doctors have offices 15 minutes from Blue Spirit, along with dentists.A hospital is located within a 45 minutes drive in Nicoya, or for serious conditions, an airlift is available to a hospital with excellent and Western standard medical care in the capital of San Jose within 45 minutes.Typically, from US, Canada or EU there are no shots require, for others, please check Costa Rica's requirements for your country.
Passport: Be sure your passport isn’t due to expire for at least 6 months AFTER your travel date. If you need to renew your passport, do so sooner rather than later.
Money: Any extra spending while being at Blue Spirit (i.e. for activities organized through our reception desk, like surf lessons, horseback riding, canopy tours, or Wellness services) and any consumption at our Café-Library can be charged on your credit card. Therefore we recommend not bringing too much extra cash from home (a maximum of US $500 should be sufficient). The US Dollar is widely accepted in Costa Rica, so exchanging US Dollars to Costa Rica Colones is not necessary. Smaller denominations of $20 or less are easiest to cash. The exchange rate is approximately 600 Colones per US Dollar.There is an ATM machine and bank, which is a 10-minute drive from Blue Spirit. The ATM and Bank only accept VISA Cards and disperse Costa Rica Colones.
Time Zone: Costa Rica is on Central Standard Time, six hours behind Greenwich Mean Time and one hour behind EST in the States. It does not use daylight saving time – which means that when there is daylight saving time in the US, then Costa Rica is on MST (2 hours behind EST).
Activities and Excursions: The Front Desk is glad to assist you in organizing Surf-Lessons, Horseback-Riding, Turtle Nesting Tour, Canopy Adventures, River Boat Tour (Bird watching), River Kayaking, or Stand-Up-Paddle-Surf. Payments can be made in cash or with a credit card at the reception desk.
Blue Spirit Store: Should you forget essential items at home or are looking for some snack foods, books to read, gift items, clothing, or souvenirs - the Blue Spirit Store offers a wide array of goods to purchase. QUEEN BED
Each Platform Tent has a queen-sized regular mattress and is placed on a platform under a wooden roof for protection against the sun and rain. The Tents are surrounded by nature and close to a shared bathhouse. All linen, pillows, and towels are provided to guests. Guests in the Tents can bring valuables to be stored in the safety box at Reception at no charge

TWO TWIN BEDS
Shared room with an assigned yogi or requested roommate. The Eco-cottages are beautifully situated in lush vegetation, allowing for a sensual being-in-touch experience with nature. They are simple and natural wood frame structures with screening for natural ventilation. Each Cottage sleeps two people and has a private bathroom with ambient temperature water shower, or you can use our shared bathhouse with hot water showers. Everything runs on solar powered electricity to provide a comfortable and ecological setting. The Eco-Cottages are situated below the Main Building and involves a few minute short hike up a stone stairway to get to the Main Building. Each Eco-Cottage has a safety box large enough to fit a 17″ laptop computer.

QUEEN BED
The Hermitage rooms located in the main building are specifically designed for singles, providing privacy and elegance, while being budget friendly. Some rooms have seasonal partial views of the ocean or some of the mountains nearby, a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom with solar hot water and A/C. Also available with two twin beds.

QUEEN OR TWO TWIN BEDS
Cozy cottages with twin beds or shared king for couples, private bathrooms with solar hot water and an outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. They are simple and natural wood frame structures situated on a hillside overlooking the lush vegetation. Furnished for two with a separate enclosed porch and desk for reading as well as air conditioning. The suites are a short walk up the hill to the main building. This is also one of the two room types which offers accommodation for families. Please inquire about family arrangements and pricing.

QUEEN BED | HAMMOCK ON PORCH
These cottages are perfect for singles or couples with a queen-sized bed, private bathroom, an outdoor shower, and air conditioning. Cottages are tucked away amidst the lush tropical gardens and close to the sandy Pacific Beach and the peaceful sounds the of the ocean. These beautiful and rustic new rooms also feature a private porch with a hammock. From the main building the Pacifico Cottages are a short walk down the hill toward the beach.

KING BED or TWO TWIN BEDS
These rooms have step-out balconies and beautiful ocean views. The rooms are tastefully furnished and provide the perfect space for two people. Each room has a king-sized bed or two twins, with a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning. Ocean View rooms have a safety box large enough to fit a 17″ laptop computer. These rooms are located in the main building on property.
