About this trip
Join Sita Devi for a heart opening and rejuvenating weekend retreat in the Sierra Nevada Mountains at Sierra Hot Springs August 2 through August 4, 2019. We will be joined by guest musician Joss Jaffe who will play tabla for kirtan and live for some yoga practices.
We will join together around sunset August 2 for a little movement and Kirtan. Saturday, August 3 we will have morning practice and will also have afternoon Yin/restorative yoga. Saturday Evening we will have a rocking kirtan with special guest musicians. Sunday morning August 4 we will have a closing yoga practice and Kirtan.
There will be plenty of free time for soaking, journaling, resting and hiking. Meals and camping are included. Dinner and Brunch will be served.
