A Journey to Inner Clarity and Vitality in Bhutan
This retreat is an invitation to soften inward and reconnect with the radiant energy that lives at your core. Through a daily rhythm of flow, yin, and kriya yoga—woven with breathwork, meditation, and subtle sound—you’ll explore how to nourish your inner light and expand your vitality from the inside out. Held by the quiet magic of Bhutan’s mountains, our time together will be both grounding and expansive—an exploration of presence, prana, and the kind of clarity that arises when we truly listen to the shimmering radiance within.
