About your trip

A Journey to Inner Clarity and Vitality in Bhutan

This retreat is an invitation to soften inward and reconnect with the radiant energy that lives at your core. Through a daily rhythm of flow, yin, and kriya yoga—woven with breathwork, meditation, and subtle sound—you’ll explore how to nourish your inner light and expand your vitality from the inside out. Held by the quiet magic of Bhutan’s mountains, our time together will be both grounding and expansive—an exploration of presence, prana, and the kind of clarity that arises when we truly listen to the shimmering radiance within.

Join Drishti Journeys for an 8-day International Yoga Retreat at the home of the happiest people in the world, the Kingdom of Bhutan. It is a sanctuary, where the vibrant people and culture are held together in the rich mountainous landscape, off-the-beaten-track nature, and thousands of years of wisdom and life philosophy. Vajrayana Buddhism is Bhutan’s state religion which focuses on rebirth and karma. This yoga retreat wellness offers you a broad way to peace, harmony, and self-discovery by applying the secret of the Bhutanese way of living.

Your daily yoga class will be led by Anna Caldwell, and include a combination of :

  • Kundalini-inspired kriyas, movement, and meditation focusing on pranic energy, the radiant body, and internal vitality

  • Yin yoga with emphasis on meditation, neuroplasticity, and the nervous system

  • All-levels Vinyasa flow designed to be accessible, mindful, and grounding

  • Restorative yoga for deep relaxation and integration

  • Daily breathwork and guided meditation woven throughout sessions

In three different locations in Bhutan, each activity/excursion curated within Drishti Journeys Bhutan Awakening to Radiance Yoga Retreat offers you an opportunity to experience an authentic international getaway, exploring inner peace, savor local cuisines while deeply immersing in Bhutanese culture.
