Himalayan folksongs sometimes sing of beyul—hidden land of happiness that can only be seen by those of pure heart and mind. These utopias were not fantasies of a hidden “Shangri-La” but rather allegories of an exalted mental state. Many great yogic masters teach that thought affects matter and that the world is created by our minds and that “utopia” can only be found within.
Bhutan and yoga are perfect combination, the practices and process naturally deepens in such a spiritual place.
Our retreat will include daily practice and meditation in the morning and evening with cultural sights/activities and short hikes during the day.
