This trip will be taking place at a retreat center on the Big Island. With a small group of about 8-12 people we will spend 8 days going inwards, deepening our yoga practice, facing fear, and adventuring around the Island. The days will consist of a morning meditation and yoga class. The beginning of the trip will include some road trips to some exciting parts of the island to spark our creativity and sense of adventure. The second half of the trip will be devoted to working with our fears and reflecting on our time on the island.
