7:00 AM - Gayatri Mantra
7:30 AM - Yoga
9:00 AM - Breakfast
9:30 AM - Planned activity or free time
2:00 PM - Lunch
2:30 PM - Planned activity or free time
6:00 PM - Yoga nidra (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday)
7:00 PM- Dinner
8:30 PM - Meditation (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday AM)
