To reserve your spot on the trip, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 30% of the full trip price is required. 

The starting price is per person and is based on double room accommodation rate, with the minimum number of travelers outlined on each of our trips' itinerary/pricing page. For questions please reach out to info@animatravel.net.

Please note that for promotional rates, the full amount of the trip is required at the time of booking, and this payment is non-refundable.

Any changes to the original booking must be confirmed by the person who signed the booking form. Please be aware that any costs or charges incurred by us or our suppliers as a result of the amendment will be passed on to the Client. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes and additional requests, but please understand that the availability of such changes cannot be guaranteed.

*Cancellation Policy

The client is free to cancel the booking at any time, except for cases involving promotional 'non-refundable rates' where the full payment has been made. The cancellation must be communicated to Anima Travel in writing. Cancellation charges will be applied as indicated below, calculated from the day the written notification is received by Anima Travel. Please note that in addition to the charges shown below, airlines may impose 100% cancellation charges.

The cancellation fee is calculated as a percentage of the total price of the trip, excluding the 30% non-refundable deposit, and is determined by the period before departure when written notification is received:

• Cancellation made 60 days or more before the trip's departure date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the remaining balance.
• Cancellation made between 59 to 46 days before the trip's departure date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 40% of the remaining balance.
• Cancellation made 45 days or less before the trip's departure date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
• Please note that non-refundable or promotional rates are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. Once booked, these rates are considered final and cannot be changed.
• Please note that these cancellation fees when considering any changes to your booking. 

In case part of a booking is cancelled, the remaining party may have to pay additional charges (e.g. under-occupancy, or single-room supplements). Please note, that different cancellation policies will apply for Christmas, New year and Special dates.
