You will spend 5 days and 4 nights at the Grand Palladium Complex which includes the Palace Resort & Spa and the Punta Cana Resort & Spa.  Both resorts are located on the beautiful shores of Bávaro Beach.  These beautiful resorts have a shared luxurious spa with hot tubs, and saunas to help you relax and rejuvenate.  There are also 8 a la carte restaurants, two show cooking restaurants, and 25 bars including one sports bar.

You will be able to submit partial/smaller payments prior to the scheduled monthly payment date via your wetravel account.

You will be able to update your credit card info via your wetravel account.

Travel documents and the itinerary will be emailed 7-14 days prior to departure. 

You MUST provide us with your flight information by August 21, 2023, to ensure airport transportation is provided upon arrival and departure. Those who miss the deadline will be charged $35. 

A valid U.S. Passport is required for this trip. Refunds will not be issued to those without a valid passport. 

You are responsible to follow all COVID-19 travel protocols & restrictions. Refunds will not be provided if you fail to do so.

Punta Cana is open to travelers without any complicated COVID-related travel restrictions.

Visitors do not require proof of vaccination, recovery or a negative test result to gain entry and won't need to fill out a health declaration form.

As of June 12, 2022, the CDC no longer requires air passengers traveling from a foreign country to the United States to show a negative COVID-19 viral test or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 before they board their flight. 

Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Kurated Travels LLC's Terms & Conditions.

All deposits and payments submitted to Blue Diamond Travelers are non-refundable.  We have contractual agreements with multiple vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. 

Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.  

Names changes are allowed with approval and a $75 name change fee.  

Name changes will not be allowed 120 days prior to departure.

A monthly payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current.  All payments are automatically processed on the 10th of each month.  

To have your monthly payments drafted on a different date, you must contact us.  The first and final payment due dates cannot be changed.  

If you should go more than 2 months without submitting a payment and discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be canceled without notice.  A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate the reservation.

Choose your roommate wisely!  You must ensure that your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.  

If your roommate(s) cancels their reservation, then your room will be converted to the most appropriate room occupancy and you will be responsible for the price of the room. 

Final payment must be received on or before July 10, 2023.  Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation.  Blue Diamond 

Travelers LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.

Kurated Travels LLC has negotiated agreements with several vendors on the behalf of Bikini’s & Boxers Beach Escape 2023 that will not allow us to obtain refunds. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.

 Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. You are solely responsible for purchasing your own travel insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 1-21 days of the initial purchase. As a reference, TravelInsurance.com can assist you in purchasing an insurance policy that is suitable for you.

If you have any questions regarding travel insurance coverage then, you must contact the insurance company directly. Kurated Travels LLC does not provide travel insurance assistance as we are not insurance agents. 

You will be required to sign a Travel Insurance & COVID-19 Waivers; and a Participant Agreement Form within 72 hours of purchasing a package.

All credit/debit card transactions will incur a standard processing fee.  This fee is unavoidable.

· Each roommate MUST book separately.

· You MUST include your roommate's name on the registration form. 

· Your package will be changed to a "Single Occupancy" without your roommate's name. 

· Click “Select” to view the available vacation packages. 

· Select one (1) package. 

· If you are rooming alone, then you must select a Single Occupancy Package.

· Each roommate MUST submit a deposit by the deadline to secure the room.

You MUST sign the Terms and Conditions after checkout. If not, you will have 2 days to sign before your reservation is canceled and fully refunded. Your spot is not guaranteed until you sign the agreement.
