Over the course of this 2-hour walking trip, we will explore the wooded trails of Bass Lake Park. Springtime & summer migratory bird sightings are common in late March through May including various Warblers, Flycatchers, Great Egrets, Phoebes, American Red Starts, Towhees, Great Egrets, Green Herons, Cardinals, Barn Swallows, Coots, Summer Tanagers, Indigo Buntings, Wrens, Sparrows, Bald Eagles and Nuthatches.
We will meet at the entrance at 8:00 AM sharp and spend 2 hours exploring the shoreline of Bass Lake.
