Jorge is on top of his game. Helped me avoid disaster after another guide backed out on me unexpectedly.. He's got "the ear" and knowledge to put me on alot of quality birds.. His experience with other parts of Central America, make him a valuable tool to both experienced and novice birders building thier life lists.. You won't be disapponted.

6 stars. Nino was a great guide. Seeing the vast crater, the walk on the volcanic ash, going to the higher viewpoint was incredible. Then Nino and our driver Alex took us on an extra tour to Cartago and then Orosi churches and viewpoints, and a Costa Rican lunch was delicious. Thank you!

We enjoyed our Tapanti National park with Luis (organised by Jorge). We saw several birds, a crab, frog and the famous blue butterfly as well as a deer. Their English was good since only our teenagers speak Spanish. On time and very clean vehicle. Really courteous company. The unspoilt rainforest is stunning- I loved the huge ferns and tall trees and wild river stop. The Oropendola trek was easy enough and safe enough with my walking stick since I am careful after a knee injury. Thank you for sharing this part of beautiful Costa Rica with our family of 4: parents and two teenagers.

Jorge was amazing! The birds, the wildlife and the setting were all perfect. We spent our first day in Costa Rica immediately immersed in the beautiful landscape. Tapanti was so close to San Jose, but a world of difference !!! We learned so much and were inspired by all of Jorge’s natural and historical information. Thanks! Would highly recommend!!

The first activity with rain in the rainforest the night walk was a highlight. George knows, where the big spiders live! Supplied us with excellent torches and turned the night in the forest to day. Would not like to miss it.
