Who Can Attend and What are the Costs?
This trip is open to Family and Friends, Guys and Girls, Grandparents and Grandchildren. The Trip Cost is per person and is a flat rate for each traveler. There are no discounted fares for Seniors or Children. Each traveler is required to have an individual ticket and tickets are $50 RT.
How to obtain your Train Ticket and How to Identify Group Members
Once you submit your booking, and you've paid in full, your name and information will be added to our ticket roster. The trip Host will manage the group booking and present the ticket information at the start of the event. Each person will be provided a GREEN VIP Wristband at the start of the trip which represents they are part of our Group.
The event is Non-Refundable as your booking is part of the group booking rate. In the event the trip is rescheduled or canceled, a refund option will be available.

Train Onboard Dining Options & Alcohol
Bringing Your Food Aboard
You may bring your own food and beverages onboard for consumption at your seat or private Sleeping Car accommodations. However, you can only consume food and beverages purchased in Dining and Lounge Cars - in those cars. Federal health regulations prohibit Amtrak personnel from handling your food, heating it in the ovens, or storing it in the train refrigerators.
Alcoholic Beverages
Alcohol is served onboard trains in most Dining, Lounge, and Cafe Cars. Alcohol may not be consumed in any of the public car areas.

Each traveler is expected to arrive at the Atlanta Amtrak Station by 8:00 am. There is no day parking at the Amtrak Station, so plan your travel arrangements ahead of time.
