BLACK IN...... trips were designed to culturally connect Black travelers with Black communities around the world, through celebrations and connections like never before. Through our trips cousins have the opportunity to experience a destination for the first time through the lens of the local Black community fostering authentic encounters, relationships and memories, all while keeping the Black travel dollar circulating.

Important: Arrive in Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) on June 26, 2024 and depart on July 2, 2024. Contact us if you would like our travel assistant to book your flight.

Note:   Trip price is based on double occupancy. Individuals who purchase double occupancy and traveling without a roommate, will be paired with a roommate if available on a first come first serve basis. If a roommate is not available, you will be required to upgrade to single occupancy.  

Cancellation Policy

Trips are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance covering all applicable dates of travel is required. We strongly recommend that you purchase an additional comprehensive “cancel for any reason” insurance to the extent that such insurance is available under the laws governing your state. There are many different companies to choose from. You can google travel insurance to compare types of coverage offered and costs to help you choose the best policy for your needs. Make sure that the insurance covers the travel package as well as the flight. After making a deposit and registering for the trip, you will receive an email with a link to a travel insurance company that you can book with as well.

Payments & Penalties

1. Full payment received after 90 days or less prior to the trip start date will be subject to late fees up to $200. 

2. Full payment not received at least 60 days prior to the trip start date will be subject to trip cancellation and loss of 100% of program price. 

3. Three consecutive failures to pay scheduled installments will be subject to late fees up to $200, trip cancellation and loss of 100% of program price.
