Step into a sanctuary for Black Joy and healing. This is a journey home and a celebration of joy, exclusively for Black and mixed heritage women.
Join Christa and Awo for an intimate and transformative experience to ground and root yourself in the motherland.
After the magic of our first Ghana retreat last year, we are returning to Ahanta for a week of sisterhood, culture and wellness. Immerse yourself in daily yoga sessions, breathwork, sound healing, and holistic workshops that will nurture your physical and emotional wellbeing.
In addition to these transformative experiences, you will enjoy fun activities like our bonfire and African drumming night, scenic hikes along the breathtaking beach of Busua, a river boat trip and more.
You’ll be surrounded by like-minded individuals, with opportunities to bond and connect in this intimate setting.
The rooms are just a short stroll from the beach and offer serene views of vibrant flowers, swaying palm trees, and the tranquil atmosphere of the lodge.
Ahanta is the perfect place to deepen your yoga practice, enjoy nature, and form meaningful connections with others. It’s a retreat experience you won’t forget.
N.B. There are limited spaces to maintain an intimate connection within the group. We advise booking early!
