In 2022, we brought the BLK BIZ BRUNCH to NYC—a joyous networking brunch for black women who own a business to connect, collaborate and establish new partnerships. Now, we're taking our successful networking brunch to the next level! THE LOCATION:
We're getting out of our city limits for a getaway to Long Island, NY. Home to the Hamptons, Sag Harbor, and neighboring towns where guests flock to escape the city and have some fun in the sun. The Hamptons is known for everything from beaches to art museums, and local fan fairs.
Queens Weekend will be the escape you need to relax, rebuild and celebrate with a collective of like-minded businesswomen and side hustlers. This premium girl's trip is all about celebrating you! We'll cheer where you are now in your career while giving you resources to thrive for years to come! All you have to do is secure your spot

You will spend 3 nights at American Beech Hotel - a boutique luxury hotel nestled in the historic Stirling Square, located at 300 Main Street, in Long Island Township. The neighborhood is home to a variety of local businesses that benefit from the aquatic surroundings. The American Beech Hotel has full-service accommodations including a boutique, lux restaurants, bars, and more! Guests can shop, eat, drink, and spend the night—all within arms’ reach! From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you will get the VIP treatment including roundtrip transportation to/from midtown manhattan, daily meals/refreshments, premium welcome gifts, and more.
American Beech is located right in the heart of Stirling Square, the most popular Square on the North Fork, and each room features premium feminine chic decor and amenities including king size bed, Ortigia Amenities, a minibar, lounge furniture, and more. Each guest will get a single - king bedroom and we will enjoy nightly experiences at American Beech's sister property, Aqua by American Beech Hotel.
Each day of your stay will be themed and designed to empower, inspire and help you enhance your professional network. Guests will enjoy interactive, relaxing, and self-reflective experiences including workshops/discussions to help you evolve your business and passion projects, group bonding activities with like-minded women, private experiences, and downtime for you to explore the town your way—all experiences designed for you to celebrate your wins while recognizing where you need help.

Guests will be greeted in midtown Manhattan (location point TBD) with a private bus charter (optional). After a scenic drive, you will arrive in Long Island, NY where you can enjoy expedited check-in and VIP amenities.
Once you're all settled in, we will enjoy a welcome kickback reception in a private area of the hotel. You'll have a chance to enjoy delicious appetizers, cocktails, and pampering while you meet other guests in person, over fun icebreaker games, and get an overview of what to expect during your stay.
*Note: There will be one bus pick-up/drop-off time to/from Manhattan. Transfer to the hotel will be from Manhattan only. Guests have the option to rent a car or fly to an airport close to the hotel as an alternative option.
We will take this day to really tap into our group of businesswomen and side hustlers (5-9ers and 9-5ers). We'll kick off the day with a premium brunch experience packed with cocktails and convos! Guests will get priceless advice and tips from self-made businesswomen and tastemakers that are thriving in their careers, followed by breakout workshops to help you fix your brand pain points - from Finance to Leadership.
We'll end the night with a celebration of you...Queen! We'll host a Business Shower cocktail party to toast to your accomplishments, give other women their flowers, pay it forward and find other black women-owned businesses to work with!

You will get to know like-minded guests on a deeper level through an organized private tasting and meal during the lunch hour followed by a networking meet-up, and private group dinner at a local fine dining restaurant. Through our curated experiences, you'll get to know getaway guests on a deeper level to build longer-term relationships and build stronger bonds.
