What’s included
- Twice daily yoga & mediArrival day, we will only have evening practice and departure day we will only have morning practice

- Full access to the farmWe have full access to the farm and there will be availability to walk the property with a guide, hang with animals, get in on some farm tips/planting etc1
- All propsYou do not need to schlep any props because the yoga barn has everything you may need!
What’s not included
- TransportationYou are responsible for gettinf to and fro but we can help with carpools and can have someone pick you up at the train station if needed in town as well
- AlcoholYou are more than welcome to imbibe, but you will be responsible for bringing you own!
- Travel insuranceThere will be ZERO refunds on deposits so purchasing travel insurance is always a smart choice

Kate Posch is a NYC and Upstate NY based yoga instructor. With certifications in both Vinyasa and Katonah Yoga lineages along with a background in functional movement and mobility, Kate's classes are all about feeling good in the body. She believes yoga is accessible to all bodies, whether we are moving from an upright position, in a chair, or completely lying down. Feeling good in your body allows you to feel good in all aspects of your life, sparking joy.

An incredible training. I signed up for this to get re-inspired by the material, this time gave me that and so much more. All of these teachers are brilliant and living the material that they share. I learned so much and it was such a joy to spend time with everyone in this group. It reminded me that community, sharing stories, and having open discussions are a huge part of what make trainings so special. Shout out to Kate for her anatomy brilliance, to Alex for her incredible way with words and explaining theory, to Christopher for teaching us that meditation and restorative postures hold so much power and magic, and to Kyle for sharing her heart and journey around what it takes to really be a teacher. Love you guys

This was one of the most beautiful and impactful trainings I have taken to date. Christopher, Kate, Kyle, and Alex all bring a unique set of skills and diverse perspective creating a unique, once in a lifetime experience. I could not recommend this training more and am excited to continue the friendships I made and train with them again in the future.

I had an incredible time on my retreat with Kate and Kyle. It was such a nice break from the city. The setting of Bloom Farm was beautiful. There was so much to explore on the property and beyond. The daily practices fit right into the day. The food was delicious and local. Really no detail was left untouched! Kate and Kyle brought such a wonderful, fun, light energy to each day and of course incredible instruction in class. Couldn't recommend a trip with them enough! Thank you both!!
