The 7 day Retreat Programme comprises a perfect mixture of Yoga, outdoor activities, meditation and relaxation.
Inspired by the smells and wonderful sunsets that make our retreat centre unique, our retreats have their focus on the Yoga classes that will take place daily in the mornings and evenings. These will be complemented by meditation, pranayama (breathing) and concentration exercises.
The activities that can be done apart from Yoga make our retreat unique: we go hiking to the top of the nearby mountain to meditate at sunset, we offer horse riding tours around the mountains, the possibility to explore the stunning beaches along the coast, have a first experience on a surfboard or discover hidden waterfalls after a kayak tour. Apart from this, it is possible to attend cooking, nutrition, creative or dance workshops. We organize the retreat timetable according to your individual wishes and preferences.
You are what you eat! Our participants will enjoy a healthy, vegetarian menu which we have thoughtfully chosen with the help of our cook. The menu includes a Power-Breakfast, a light lunch, which can be taken to the activities as a picnic and a dinner rich in nutrients. Freshly pressed juices, refined with mint from our garden and other homemade snacks give our participants energy between yoga and activities.
