I’m a full-time mama and multi-passionate entrepreneur devoted to nourishing, nurturing, and guiding women. My work as a birth and postpartum doula, sacred ceremonialist, retreat facilitator, and yoga teacher is rooted in a life of service and connection.
Since 2015, I’ve been creating transformative retreats across the world offering women sacred experiences that reconnect them with nature, sisterhood, and their truest selves.

The retreat at Xenia on Bowen Island was magical. Lacey has such a natural way of infusing her passion and spirit for uplifting women. To be nourished in abundance with sisterhood connections, breathtaking nature, delicious food, and the ability to feel so much self love.
The experience filled my heart with joy and brought a deeper connection to my true nature.

Lacey leads a group of women through 4 days of self discovery and intimate connections with other women.
It’s seamless. It’s exciting. It’s peaceful and fun.
Lacey’s style is both spiritual and grounded at the same time.
The setting is bucolic and offers access to forest, lake and ocean.
I could go every year to recharge my batteries.
