About this trip

As human beings in this world, we often give so much of ourselves to others. Sometimes the person who needs to be nourished most is the one we look at everyday in the mirror. You deserve to give yourself a life changing  experience of healing and rejuvenating your soul!

In this luxurious Women's Therapy and Wellness Retreat, women will experience a balance of therapy and healing, serenity and wellness, as well as a deeper connection to self, others, and nature. We will have the opportunity to dive deeper into aspects of yourself that you want to challenge and move through. You will begin to address and heal traumas trapped in your mind and body. I will be using evidence based mindfulness practices, movement and grounding exercises, creative and expressive interventions, storytelling, as well as other therapeutic interventions to support in the healing process.

All my retreats holistically treat the mind, body, and soul. Each participant will experience the comfort of a vacation, while receiving healing, being nourished through delicious food, and nurtured by nature.
