This was just what I needed! The weather was just right, even with the occasional, enchanting downpour, to make for comfortable days spent wandering the gardens, petting the livestock, soaking in hot springs, enjoying refreshment from the bar, and relaxing in the hammock on the porch. I had just the right amount of adventure with horseback riding, hiking to & and swimming in a waterfall, zip-lining, and "white water tubing"! Meals in the two dining halls were delicious as well. Best of all was resetting each morning with Heather leading our hour yoga and meditation session. Personally, I can feel strangely lost while "on vacation", but this daily grounding ritual kept me feeling right at home. Heather was an essential part of our experience, and I will fondly remember our peering at a sloth through binoculars, sitting in a natural sauna/steam-room while covered in mud, and communing together in dance on our last night there.
