- All roommates must pay the deposit to reserve the room.
- Any reservations made after July 15, 2025 are subject to room availability.
- Reservations can be made using major credit cards or debit cards. At no time will we ever request payment via PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or any other electronic app payment method.
- All payments will incur a processing fee.
- Payments are invoiced through [email protected] You will receive payment email reminder to the email address used to register. Please be sure your email is correct.
- Guests MUST book via this website to participate in events. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in private activities.
- Payments are due on the 15th of every mont, No exception, Final payment is due July 15, 2025
