About this trip
Come join us for a magical week in Panama. We'll spend our first night in Panama City, then fly over to Isla Colon, one of the spectacular islands that make up the Bocas del Toro archipelago, for 7 nights at the incredible Bird Island Bungalows. We'll have daily group and custom yoga classes from our instructors, Jess Hartmann, PT, DPT, E-RYT 500+ and Noelle Whittington, E-RYT 500+.
