Afternoon and evening practices give you time for reflection in restorative, gentle, and yin style classes; wind down at the end of your day a practice infused with meditation, yoga nidra, and pranayama. In between, soak up the sun and savor the time to unwind and play!

Connect to your heart through chanting and journaling, and make time to deepen your relationship to yourself. There is plenty of time for personal reflection - whether through a walk on the beach, meditation in the gardens, or relaxing by the pool. Renee and Rachel have a combined 14+ years of teaching experience and are pleased to offer you their knowledge of the healing practices of yoga. Their classes are alignment- and breath- focused, offering creative sequencing and integrated themes, including asana, mudra, mantra, pranayama, and visualization practices.
