February is the perfect time to escape the monotony of winter! Join Renee Chester and Rachel Bers as they return to Blue Spirit for another fabulous winter getaway. Slow down, rest, and rejuvenate during a blissful week in Costa Rica.

  

Choose your yoga adventure!

Each day offers your choice of yoga experiences, all optional based on what you're seeking. Balance body and mind with flowing, breath-focused yoga in the morning. Afternoon and evening practices give you time for reflection in restorative, gentle, and yin style classes; wind down at the end of your day a practice infused with meditation, yoga nidra, and pranayama. In between, soak up the sun and savor the time to unwind and play!


Find that quiet place within

Connect to your heart through chanting and journaling, and make time to deepen your relationship to yourself. There is plenty of time for personal reflection - whether through a walk on the beach, meditation in the gardens, or relaxing by the pool. Share in the experience of Costa Rica's beauty, the healing foods, and the flora and fauna around you.


Options to find more community, or solo time

If you're seeking peace and introspection, savor our optional morning meditation on the beach connecting with the fire of the sunrise and your own quiet wisdom. If you just don't want the fun to end, evening activities like night swimming and communal bonfires in the reflection of the moon will fill you with joy and connection, inspiring you to feel at peace and at home here.


About your guides

Renee and Rachel have a combined 14+ years of teaching experience and are pleased to offer you their knowledge of the healing practices of yoga. Their classes are alignment- and breath- focused, offering creative sequencing and integrated themes, including asana, mudra, mantra, pranayama, and visualization practices.

What’s included

Your stay will include accommodations for 7 nights, three delicious consciously prepared gourmet meals per day, (throughout the week, locally caught fish will be an option), 1-2 daily themed yoga / meditation sessions, and use of yoga supplies (mats, blocks and towels).

Not included

All transportation, air and ground, and resort amenities are not included.


There are many offsite and onsite activities for those wishing to add more to their trip. Standup paddle boarding, surfing, kayaking, zip-lining and many more activities are available at an additional charge during your free time, as well as on-site massage and other therapeutic services.

A week in paradise
Here's what a typical day might look like: 7am - 9am Breakfast in open air dining room 9:30 - 11am Invigorating Practice / Meditation 11am - 4pm Lunch and Free time - standup paddle boarding, surfing, kayaking, zip- lining or treat yourself to a massage at Blue Spirit's spa 4 - 5:30pm Gentle Practice / Guided Meditation 5:30pm - on Dinner and optional evening activities Everything on the suggested itinerary is optional, including all class sessions. This is your vacation and you are encouraged to choose your activities based on what feels right for you!
