1. Ayurvedic Diet: During the Body detoxification program a specilly designed diet is given that aids in the body detoxification process. This diet includes boiled vegetables/fruits/soup/Khichadi
2. Ayurvedic Herbs and Oils
-----A special Ayurvedic herb mixture Triphla i.e a combination of three fruits Amalki (Amla)/Bibhitaki(Brahad) /Haritaki (Harahd) which helps in balancing of Vatt /Pitta /Kapha and the cleaning of your intestine.About Vatt, Pitta and Kapha you get more information in Ayurveda slide which is attached. If there is an imbalance of any of these 3 types it causes illness to the body.
----- Intestine Lubrication: Dryness in your intestine can lead to constipation and can lead to holding of more toxins in your body. Castor oil is used in our detoxification program to undo the dryness so it can get back to its normal condition.
-------Liver detoxification is done by using warm water, honey and apple vinegar and our BODY DETOXIFICATION PROGRAM

7.10-7.35 -Savasana (deep relaxation)
7.45-8.15 - specially made herbal drink to balance out Pitta, Vatta and Kapha. This drink also cleanses liver and kidneys
8.15-8.45 - breakfast and Ayurvedic tea
8.45-13.15 -Ayurvedic massage or therapy ( depending on needs)
9.00-11.00 -personal consultations (Nadi Pariksha - Ayurvedic pulse diagnostics). Determining your Dosha and constitution. Advice on the products preferable according to your dosha type. Advice on a lifestyle for keeping all 3 Doshas in balance.
13.20-14.00 - lunch
14.10-15.00 –Lecture on Tower Garden by Ms Soraya
15.00-17.30 - mud procedure (depending on the weather conditions )
