The location, the staff, Stephanie and all the healers were amazing. Such a wonderful opportunity to connect with yourself, off the grid and really reset your nervous system.

This was a wonderful trip - great leader, wonderful, amazing participants, lovely venue, incredible therapists and amazing, healthy food.

This was the first time I've ever done a women's retreat and admittedly, I was quite nervous to go! It turned out to be life changing for me. Stephanie cultivated a group of amazing women, everyone different but all with similar intentions. To detach from phones and the outside world and connect. To get to know yourself in a way that you didn't, before. To express your fears openly and with zero judgement (only love). To heal and nourish our bodies from the inside out. It was truly magical. Stephanie was an amazing leader, with her calm and loving demeanor. I truly loved this goddess retreat! Thank you Stephanie! FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!

This retreat is a must do, it completely resets your nervous system. Stephanie puts in such care and attention to every workshop. The thoughtful balance of group activities to down time is a perfect balance. The daily yoga is accessible to all levels from first timers to seasoned yogi’s. The resort is lovely, the staff is so kind and welcoming. The food is incredible, allergies are safely accommodated without sacrificing taste. I can not recommend Stephanie enough she is insightful and has such a gift for helping you heal physically and mentally.

I am still speechless over this trip - 5 months later!! Everything about it was fantastic - truly exceeded my expectations! Stephanie created a perfect schedule and was able to flex to accommodate what the group needed. The food was amazing - every single meal, snack, cup of tea, dessert, and so on. I may miss the food the most!! The facilities were gorgeous, comfortable and every detail was intentional to help with healing. I left with a family and cannot wait to return next year!!! A trip of a lifetime that I highly recommend!!
