About this trip
Body and Soul Yoga Retreats is going to the majestic Azores in November 2026! Join us for a fabulous week of two yoga classes daily, incredible farm to table cuisine, at a beachside eco resort on the island of Sao Miguel.
Your yoga teachers will be Jess Hartmann and Noelle Whittington and your onsite retreat coordinator will be Tara Tiedemann.

The Garden Villas are located on the 1st line of the Resort and are the closest room type from the main building, where the Reception, our Bar and Restaurant “Santa Bárbara” are located. From the private terrace of these Villas you will have access to a garden with a lake that is exclusive to the guests staying in these Villas. Deck with a private jacuzzi. Ensuite Bathroom.
Layout: One-Bedroom Villa with king bed or two single beds.
The Blue & Green Studios offer a magnificent 180º view of the mountain, town, and sea. From your private terrace, guests have direct access to a shared saltwater pool, exclusive to guests staying in these studios.
Layout: Studio with a king bed (twin beds not available). Ensuite Bathroom.
You'll be sharing a 2 bedroom villa with 1 king in 1 room and 2 twins in the other room. This room is priced at triple occupancy so you will have 3 people total in the room, each with their own bed.

Itinerary
We'll be there to greet you at the airport and help you with the transportation to the Santa Barbara Eco Beach Resort. It is about a 20 minute drive to the property.
We'll help you with check in and then you can enjoy some down time and ocean views before our first yoga session together.
Welcome group dinner at the hotel.
