About your trip

Join Sarah Beston and Sarah McColl for a Body Wisdom Yoga & Writing Retreat in stunning Joshua Tree.

Through three days of yoga classes and writing workshops, and two nights of stargazing with a special moonlit Saturday night Sound Bath, the Body Wisdom Retreat Weekend invites participants to slow down, experience deep quiet, and hear their inner rhythms. Together we will use the practices of yoga, meditation, breath and chakra work, reading, reflection, and writing for creative discovery with the awe-inspiring desert landscape at Casa Mara, Joshua Tree as our backdrop.

In all creative endeavors, our internal guides can lead us to discoveries of the heart, mind, and body. The Body Wisdom Retreat Weekend is an opportunity to tune in and listen deeply.

There will be plenty of time between Body Wisdom sessions to relax and connect with yourself, each other, and the land. Explore local Joshua Tree, book a massage, take a hike, or take a nap. Our meals together will be simple, fresh, vegetarian fare.

We hope you can join us for this restorative and grounding weekend of movement, creativity, and community in the desert. All levels welcome!
