The travel package is designed to support runners and their companions with all travel logistics before and during the event as they prepare to cross the finish line, celebrate with their medals, and enjoy the destination to the fullest. #TravelWithDestiny

Friday, October 10 – WELCOME TO CHICAGO!
- Arrival at the hotel. We'll be waiting for you. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
- Free afternoon and evening.
Saturday, October 11 – OFFICIAL GROUP PHOTO + PASTA DINNER
- Enjoy our traditional shakeout run, and be ready to pose for the official group photo!
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Day to visit the expo. Our private bus will pick the group up at the hotel.
- Free afternoon.
- Pasta dinner with the group.
Sunday, October 12 – RACE DAY + POST-RACE RECEPTION
- We will meet at the lobby to take the runners to the start line.
- Free afternoon.
- Post-race reception. Join us to celebrate with your fellow runners (not included - place TBD).
Monday, October 13 – CHECK-OUT
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Enjoy your morning before making your way to the airport (on your own) for your return flight home.
