Heather Craig is an experienced trainer/group fitness instructor/retreat leader/raver and the founder of Booty Luv® Fitness, the class that "shapes what your mama gave ya™".  

She's based in Portland, OR and believes that when we FEEL GREAT in our bodies, we DO BETTER in the world- for ourselves, each other and the planet!  Her fun, body affirming, multi-level classes fuse deep bass beats with yoga, Pilates, barre, functional training and dance to create a POSITIVE connection between our brains and bodies.

Kayaking in the Tamarindo Estuary is an immersive experience that promises an unforgettable connection with nature's beauty and a deep appreciation for Costa Rica's biodiversity. Glide through calm waters under the shade of mangrove trees, their twisted roots creating a labyrinth of hidden wonders. As you paddle, keen eyes will spot a diverse array of wildlife, from playful howler monkeys swinging through the branches to vibrant tropical birds soaring above. The mangroves serve as a nursery for countless marine species, making it common to encounter baby crocodiles and lazy iguanas sunbathing on the branches. The tranquility of the estuary is only interrupted by the occasional splash of a jumping fish.

We want to make this easy for you to say yes, so you have options about how you pay! The current payment schedule offered in your registration allows for monthly payments leading up until the retreat, however you can customize your payment schedule easily by emailing the retreat coordinator Kate Clements at kate@room-roam.com.

All retreat payments must be received in full no less than 30 days advance to your scheduled trip date, however you may set certain dates and amounts based on personal preference. Kate can help you set this up.

Depending on the payment form you use (bank account or credit/debit card), there may be associated processing fees that are charged on each transaction.  You can avoid those by using your bank account info for payments. You can also pay in-full at any time. If you need any assistance with your payments, please don't hesitate to reach out to Kate. We are here to help in any way we can!
