I did a Waterfalls Tour thru Nyonkopa Eco Tours. It was exactly what I was looking for (a day of outdoor adventure). My driver (Samson) & guide (Micheal) where great. The pick-up was on time and the vehicle was comfortable. They were easy to talk to, fun and gave me lots of knowledge about Ghanian culture. They were excellent photographers as well. We visited Adom Waterfall, Asema Waterfall and the famous Boti Waterfalls. At Boti, I also did the boat ride. We stopped for a quick breakfast on the way. And they took me to a local spot for a delicious lunch on the way back to Accra. I also appreciate Nyonkopa being flexible. I changed my mind the night before this excursion (originally signed up for Boti, Aburi Botanical Gardens + Cocoa Farm). It was no problem to make the change. I highly recommend Nyonkopa Eco Tours!

The trip was very informative and I learned a lot about my history. I am pleased to have experienced some of my history. The drives to the different regions were long and uninhabited. I was taken aback about the facilities that were available. The host Christian, was very personable and he insured that all of our needs were met to the best of his ability. Nyonkopa Walking Tour of Makola market was great! We met with our guide near the market and he gave us a 15 min talk about the history of the market and what we could expect before we started the walking tour. This was helpful since once you get into the market its loud and busy so there is not a lot of opportunity to step aside and talk. We are so glad we had a guide since the market is like a maze and have several different sections-it would have been very easy to have gotten lost without a guide. We really valued getting to understand and experience the rich history and beautiful culture of Ghana through this tour. Highly recommend!

This tour is a MUST when you're in Accra. We booked pretty last minute (night before) and they were still able to accommodate us. But don't do that in case you miss out! Our guide was on time, great driver and the whole experience was unforgettable. Best way to end my trip. Thank you!!!
