GENERAL INFORMATION TO RESERVE A SPACE 

A deposit of $50.00 is required to reserve a seat.  Full payment is due October 14, 2022. 

ACCOMMODATIONS

Tour members will be expected to pay for the accommodations that they receive. If you change the type of accommodations due to cancellation of roommate(s) (i.e. Single, Double, Triple, Quad), you will be required to pay the accommodations cost that applies.

DEPARTURE POINT

The tour will begin in Little Falls, however, pick up points en route may be arranged through LaVerne’s Travel, Inc.

TOUR DOCUMENTS

Tour members will receive their tour documents about 10 days before departure. The documents will include boarding instructions, departure point, pre-tour information, a luggage tag, and a name tag. Passport and Vaccination Card is Required to cross the border and for some attractions on the tour. “Non Vaccinated travelers will be required to show a negative Covid test 72 hours before departure.”

LaVerne’s Travel, Inc. will be with you to ensure that you have a pleasant and memorable time.

INSURANCE

Although every effort is made to handle passengers’ luggage as carefully as possible, LaVerne’s Travel, Inc., cannot assume liability for loss or damage to luggage due to breakage, fire, water, theft, pilferage, etc. Purchase of additional luggage insurance is available through LaVerne’s Travel, Inc. Accident and trip cancellation insurance is also available.

CANCELLATIONS

A full refund of all monies paid by the tour participant will be made in the event you find it necessary to cancel the tour, provided that you cancel at least 30 days before departure. Cancellations after that date will be assessed a $200.00 charge, which can be applied towards any future tour with LaVerne’s Travel, Inc.

CLOTHING AND LUGGAGE

Dress is casual...comfortable walking shoes are a must. Sunglasses, rain wear, camera and a sweater or light jacket will make your trip more comfortable. One large suitcase plus one small

carry-on is allowed per passenger. Additional luggage will be charged a handling fee of $50.00 per bag.

This tour has been arranged and operated by LaVerne’s Travel, Inc. Our motorcoach chauffeur is licensed and insured according to ICC regulations for Interstate Motorcoach travel. LaVerne’s Travel, Inc. is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, irregularity, or complications suffered by participants which may be occasioned by reason of defect in any vehicle, or for failure to carry out such arrangements as mentioned. No revisions of printed itineraries or

their included features are anticipated, however, the right is reserved to make changes if necessary.

All aboard as we are off to the toe-tappin’, footstompin’ Country Music of BRANSON’S OZARK MOUNTAIN CHRISTMAS. 

Experience a real old-fashioned Christmas where twinkling lights outline rooftops, six foot snowflakes dangle from streetlights and colorful animated displays make you feel like a kid again. 

By early evening we arrive in Independence, MO. Our overnight stay is at the beautiful Hilton Garden Inn. We are welcomed with coffee and cookies on arrival. 

Tonight you are free to enjoy dinner on your own at one of the on-site restaurants.  

After a hot breakfast, we depart for the Ozark, hillbilly country of BRANSON, known as the "Country Music Capital of the Nation”. 

By early afternoon we arrive in Branson and begin at 2 p.m. with entertainment Super Star DANIEL O'DONNELL who glides across the stage singing all your favorites. Daniel has been seen by millions in more than 18 countries. Following the show, we check into the Angel Inn & Suites for a delightful two-night stay. 

Tonight at 8 p.m. we are off to see Branson’s Famous DUTTON FAMILY SHOW. The Dutton’s are a 3 generation family of performers full of great music, dancing and comedy. 

This morning we enjoy a hot breakfast buffet, complete with southern biscuits and gravy. After breakfast we depart for the College of the Ozarks. We begin with an informative tour of the campus, given by a college student. 

After our tour, we have time to shop before our delicious home-cooked meal. From here, we are off to Yakov Smirnoff, Branson’s Favorite Comedian! 

After some free time for dinner on our own, we are off tonight for the 8 p.m. show, The Presley’s! 

After the show, we enjoy the Trail of Lights tour, Branson’s longest running drive-thru light tour with over a million lights. 

After breakfast we begin our day at 10 a.m. with the DOWN HOME COUNTRY MORNING SHOW. Full of traditional country music, we step back in time to enjoy the classics of George Jones, Dolly Parton, Merle Haggard, Gene Watson and many more. 

After the show, we are treated to the never ending Grand Country Buffet for lunch before making our way back to Independence, MO, again to the Hilton Garden Inn for our evening stay. 

Following an included hot breakfast, it’s homeward bound. Along with many fun activities and entertainment on board our deluxe motorcoach, we enjoy visiting with our newly made friends about our fun memories of Branson. 

Heading in the direction of home, music will be playin’, and all will be a singin’, as we reflect on Branson’s Ozark Mountain Christmas. “Ya’ll come back now!”
